Vision
The MBS Training Center vision is to provide quality instruction to our students providing a strong foundation in tap, ballet, jazz / hip hop and gymnastics.  Improving self-confidence through achievement is our primary student goal.  Our goals for the community include providing an exercise and aesthetic outlet for all ages and providing theatrical quality productions to elevate interest and enjoyment of the arts.

About MBS
Beverly and Michael Stone founded MBS Training Center in 1981.  Over the past twenty-six years our enrollment has grown from eight(8) to almost one thousand students. We have highly qualified instructors who are assisted in many cases by teacher’s aides.  Our basic program consists of a 1-½ hour class each week that includes tap, ballet and hip hop or tap, ballet and gymnastics.  We have nine (9) intense performing groups: MBS Dance Company Girls, MBS Dance Company Boys, MBS Junior Dance Company I and II, MBS Senior Performers I and II, MBS Junior Performers 1 and 2 and MBS Primettes.  Most of these groups meet for 3 ½ hours a week.  We also have three specialty groups: MBS Stone Tones, MBS Hip Hoppers and MBS Prima Ballerinas.  All MBS companies and specialty groups perform in the Christmas Recital and in special dance events.  All MBS students dance in the MBS Spring Recital, which has a different theme each year.

Goals for Basic Program StudentsGoals for Companies and Performing Groups
